IBA TOOL KIT. The IBA Community Toolkit is a free resource for First Nation, Inuit and Métis communities in Canada engaged in negotiating agreements with mining companies. Its goal is to help communities, negotiators, and consultants achieve positive agreements for Aboriginal communities. This toolkit was commissioned by the Walter and Duncan Gordon Foundation, and prepared by Ginger Gibson (Canada) and Ciaran O’Faircheallaigh (Australia).
